a) Download the “Ordinary Member Application Form” or collect at ACMS office

b) Masters/PhD qualifications with 5 years of full time practice OR 10 years of part time practice

c) Mail the completed form with a photocopy of your academic certificate, TCM registration certificate, one (1) passport size photo to ACMS office

d) Membership fee: $200/year

b) TCM Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor qualifications OR Masters/PhD qualifications with less than 5 years of practice.

c) Mail the completed form with a photocopy of your academic certificate, TCM registration certificate, one (1) passport size photo to ACMS office

d) Membership fee: $100/year
